Oahfeo, founded in 2018 by Nitin Verma, provides integrated services specialising in real estate consultation and property solutions to multinational corporations, large & small Indian companies and high net-worth individuals.

A 3-floor office space was designed with an aim to provide flexible and built-to-suite office spaces that was budget friendly.

OAHFEO – Vision

Our vision towards our thoughts got expanded. We saw a potential to break the market after the pandemic and create a few new privately held office spaces near to our existing centres.

OAHFEO – Nest

After the success of the last 2 spaces, we did let our thoughts to fly. We leased out a 2 story space to expand our vision.

OAHFEO – Bistro

We leased out a space of 3 floors to fulfil the rising demands of new private office spaces in Delhi.

OAHFEO – Frappe

When everyone was shutting down their spaces, we saw the potential to break the market again. We leased out a property in Gurgaon Sec-46, which housed a total of 300 people working under a single roof.
This space became our first fully functional co-working centre that provides maximum of the facilities a co-working should possess.

We acquired a majestic park-facing property in Ashok Vihar which houses a total of 16 private office cabins and 30 open seating spaces.

This space became our first fully functional co-working centre that provides maximum of the facilities a co-working should possess.

We leased out a space in Sector – 39, the heart of Gurgaon to pick up with the rising demands of our existing clients.

This centre is the new starting Journey for OAHFEO in the field of Co-working.
